REMEMBER TOMORROW IS A HOLIDAY. DON'T COME TO SCHOOL!

I HAVE GOTTEN A LOT OF THINGS GRADED.
- Posters (I will return grading rubrics to you during class)
- Your time sheets are in your mailboxes, please take them out and BRING THEM TO ME! I RECORDED ALL OF THOSE IN GRADEBOOK YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AND NONE OF THEM SAVED AT ALL. PLEASE BRING ME YOUR TIME SHEET FROM YOUR MAILBOX SO I CAN RECORD THE GRADES.

Now that posters are graded, they will be hung up. Some will be hung up in the hallway (this is a recruiting tool for me - one I really need). Some will be hung up in the classroom. If your's gets tampered with of you try and take it down, I will drasticaly reduce your grade for this six weeks.
I would appreciate you being very mature about this and leave the posters hanging alone.
There are still a few of you who haven't turned your poster in at all or presented. Friday, 4/17 is the end of the six weeks so you better have it done and turned in or it will be 10-20 zeroes marked in the gradebook.

I will run a gradesheet report in CareerSafe to see where everyone is by the end of the day and will assess a grade in my gradebook based on what you have done by the end of the day today!!

I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE REPORT I RECEIVED FROM THE SUB AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO WERE OUT AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO NOTIFY ME.

WARM-UP:

3) copy paycheck stubs
4) update or post your weekly work schedule for week #30 on your blog

CLASS ACTIVITIES:
WORK ON YOUR CAREER SAFE ONLINE COURSE. IF YOU HAVE LOG IN PROBLEMS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL COME AND HELP YOU TROUBLESHOOT!

I WANT IT ABSOLUTELY SILENT IN HERE ALL PERIOD TODAY. I HAVE GRADING TO DO, AND I NEED TO SPEAK WITH INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE AND YOU HAVE WORK TO DO! I WANT TO FINISH CAREER SAFE BY APRIL 25TH. SO SOME OF YOU HAVE A LOT TO GET DONE.

I WILL TAKE POINTS OFF OF YOUR GRADE IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TODAY.

SORRY I WILL BE OUT TODAY! MADISON IS SICK AND I NEED TO KEEP HER HOME TODAY.

WARM-UP:
1) update time sheets (if they are in your folder, if I have them, please just make note of what you worked and you can fill it in tomorrow.)
2) BLOG POST: Week #30 work schedule (post your weekly schedule to your blog today)

CLASS ACTIVITIES:
5) If you were absent on Friday, be sure to go back and read my daily agenda post for last Friday. Be sure to complete the assignments from Friday, that you missed so you can get caught up.
6) I expect everyone to work on your Career Safe online OHSA course.
NEW TARGET DATE: I would like for everyone to be completely finished with modules 1.0-10.0 TODAY! Some of you will need to stay focused and spend time getting caught up at home, or during off periods, some time when you can get on the Internet.
7) Leave a COMMENT on my blog today, telling me what module you are on by the end of the period today, so I have an idea where everyone is.

NO APRIL FOOLS JOKES TODAY!!

POSTERS WERE TO BE TURNED IN YESTERDAY! I AM STILL MISSING SEVERAL! POINTS TAKEN OFF EVERY DAY IT IS LATE!

REMEMBER, JUST BECAUSE YOU TEXT OR CALL ME THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUT OR LATE, DOES NOT MEAN THAT THERE WILL NOT BE CONSEQUENCES FOR THOSE ACTIONS. You have got to start scheduling your appointments at better times; and you have got to start getting up earlier, in case you have car trouble you can still get here on time!!

2) continue working on the OHSA certification course; get out your notes and begin working on your course; remember you will have to start over at the beginning of a module if you don't finish it completely before the end of the period (I can explain this better orally)

I have added a link to the OHSA certification course on the right hand side of my blog. Remember you must make a 70% or better on the assessments in order to get credit for that module and become fully certified.

PLEASE LEAVE THE HEAD PHONES AT YOUR WORK STATIONS AT THE END OF EACH PERIOD!
