8) NEW ASSIGNMENTS FOR TODAY
* Get a purple Office Applications textbook from the back bookcase. (3rd shelf) Make sure you return it at the end of class (DO NOT LEAVE IT OUT SITTING BY YOUR COMPUTER).
* Look in the Table of Contents and locate the activity titled "POWERFUL POWERPOINT". I do not know the page number (as I only have the teacher edition, not student version and the pages don't match.)
* Complete the exercise exactly as they appear on the page. Show me what you know about PowerPoint.
* Be sure to save it to your server. Then save it to the Electronic Turn in folder on the J:/ drive. (ask for help if you don't know how to do this).
* I will be grading this assignment using the rubic listed in the book at the bottom of the exercise directions. The Reflection portion is worth 6 points. I would like for you to POST YOUR REFLECTION TO YOUR BLOG.
* title your reflection post: POWERFUL POWERPOINT REFLECTION

9) BONUS POINTS: "Bubble Share" is a free program, site that we used last year to take a PowerPoint project and post it to our blogs. Bubble Share is blocked, but I quickly found this site: http://labnol.blogspot.com/2006/09/embed-powerpoint-slides-as-flash.html but have not had time to really look at it. Major bonus points for this project, if you can figure out how to convert your PowerPoint project in to a file that can be posted to your blog, and then post your project to your blog with your POWERFUL POWERPOINT REFLECTION reflection.

PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETE ALL THE ASSIGNMENTS I AM LEAVING YOU. I AM AFRAID THAT SOME OF YOU ARE VISITING AND PLAYING TOO MUCH AND NOT GETTING YOUR WORK DONE. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T DO THAT.

HAVE A GOOD DAY AND REMEMBER MY MOTTOS:
1) NO SCHOOL/NO WORK (hours can't be counted)
2) MAKE WISE DECISIONS.

I don't know why yalls time sheets are not in there. Maybe I thought I put them back and I really didn't. Write your hours down on a piece of paper and put it in the turn in box and we will find them on Monday. No big deal. I must have them.
Have a great day.
